What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 11 a.m. for powered sites and 2 p.m. for cabins. Check-out time is 10 a.m. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely. We have pet-friendly cabins and all our sites welcome furry friends too. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of vans or cabins.

For off-leash fun, a dog-friendly park is just a 5-minute drive down the road.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We don’t allow campfires or fire pits, but there are gas BBQs available in the park. They’re ready when you are for snags, steaks or whatever else is on the tongs.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Our team can walk you through the details depending on your booking type. We’re always happy to help if plans change. Just give us a call or check your confirmation email for specifics.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We do have a number of long term cabins for approved renters . You can fill in an application to be assessed at reception , these leases range from 3 to 12 months.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We have accessible cabins in the park. If you or someone in your group has specific needs, give us a call and we’ll make sure everything is set up to make your stay comfortable.

 Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.
