Yes, we're the same well-loved Wanaka holiday park previously known as Top 10 Wanaka, at the same location on Studholme Road. Since taking over, we've invested in the park significantly, including adding private hot tubs and a traditional sauna. Same great spot near Lake Wānaka, friendly team, and an even better stay.

Our park is the perfect base for a winter adventure, whether you're heading to the slopes or exploring the region. With dedicated ski storage and drying facilities, a ski wax area, underfloor-heated bathrooms, and private spa and sauna hire, you'll have everything you need to warm up after a day in the snow.

Our team are passionate skiers who can share local tips, help arrange shuttle transfers, rental gear, and even organise your ski passes before you head up the mountain. Plus, you're just a short drive from some of New Zealand's best ski fields, including Treble Cone, Cardrona, and Snow Farm for cross-country skiing.

When you're not on the slopes, enjoy a sunrise hike up Roys Peak, grab coffee and pastries from Scroggin, catch a movie (and famous warm cookies!) at Cinema Paradiso, or take a water taxi to Mou Waho Island. Whether you're travelling as a family, couple, or group, our warm hospitality, spotless accommodation, and winter-friendly facilities make for a memorable alpine getaway.

We do, and we're the only holiday park in Wanaka that offers them. You can book a private hot tub during your stay, and our traditional sauna is available on site. Both are a favourite way to relax after a day hiking Roy's Peak, skiing Cardrona, or exploring Lake Wānaka.

Yes, we welcome pets on our powered and unpowered caravan and camp sites, so you don't have to leave the dog at home. Pets need to be kept on a lead at all times and aren't permitted in cabins or other roofed accommodation. Feel free to call before booking, and we'll confirm the details for your stay.

We're just 5 minutes from Lake Wānaka and the iconic Wanaka Tree, with the town centre, cafés and restaurants on Ardmore Street a short drive away. Roy's Peak is close by, and the Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields are an easy drive in winter, making us a relaxed, central base for exploring everything the region has to offer.
