What time can we check in/out?

Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am - time for mountain views when you arrive, and a last splash in the pool before you pack up.

Guests love our caring team, outdoor heated BBQ and pizza oven areas, and our famous guest BBQs featuring New Zealand roast meats, whitebait, and locally sourced game meats. We also offer exclusive guest discounts on Fiordland experiences, making it easy to explore Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, Lake Te Anau, Fiordland National Park, and the famous glowworm caves. Little ones are looked after too, with fun daily surprises that make every stay extra special.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

No open fires are to be lit at any time. We have BBQs and a pizza oven available for guest use.
