What time can we check in and out for Bright accommodation?

Check-in is from 2pm for all Bright cabins and villas. Check-out time is 10am for all accommodation types. If you’re arriving late to our Bright holiday park, please call us ahead of time. Easy.

Is Bright Holiday Park pet-friendly?

At our pet-friendly park in Bright, small pets will be allowed at certain times during the year and must be kept on a lead or in a contained area at all times. Please note: Additional charges may apply for guests bringing two or more dogs.

How close are the snow fields to Bright holiday park?

The snow’s calling. Luckily, Mount Hotham is just a cruisy 60-minute drive from Tasman Holiday Parks – Bright! Spend the day carving up the slopes, chasing fresh powder or sipping hot chocolates trackside, then head back to Bright for cosy nights, good food and all the laid-back alpine vibes. 

Looking to explore further? Mount Buffalo National Park is only a 40-minute drive away, offering breathtaking alpine scenery, lookouts, and winter adventures, while Falls Creek is just 1 hour and 15 minutes from the park, making it easy to experience even more of Victoria’s iconic High Country. 

 
Can we have a campfire or BBQ at Bright Holiday Park?

We don’t allow campfires or fire pits, but we have communal BBQs available in the park for all our guests staying in Bright cabins or sites. They’re ready when you are for snags, steaks or whatever else is on the tongs.

What’s the cancellation and change policy for Bright bookings?

What's the difference between BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks Bright and Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright?

These are two separate holiday parks located in different parts of Bright.

Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright and Retreat on Delany are connected and operate as one property, while BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks Bright on Mountbatten Avenue is a separate park.

I'm booked at a Tasman Holiday Park in Bright. How do I know which property to go to?

Please check your booking confirmation for the property name and address. If your booking is for Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright or Retreat on Delany, you can head to the South Bright reception on Churchill Avenue during office hours. If your booking is for BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks Bright, you'll need to go to the separate property on Mountbatten Avenue.
