What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2pm for cabins and sites. Check-out time is 10am. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

Can I bring my pet?

We love furry mates, but unfortunately this park is not pet-friendly. If travelling with a pet, check out one of our other Tasman parks that roll out the welcome mat for four-legged guests.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

Campfires aren’t permitted at this park. But you’ll still find BBQ facilities available, perfect for a classic Aussie cook-up after a big day out.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Our team can walk you through the details depending on your booking type. We’re always happy to help if plans change. Just give us a call or check your confirmation email for specifics.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

At the moment we don’t offer annual or long-term stays at Ballina. But if you’re looking to come back again soon, we’ll always try to help you find the perfect spot.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We have accessible cabins and an accessible amenities block in the park. If you or someone in your group has specific needs, give us a call and we’ll make sure everything is set up to make your stay comfortable.

Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.

Is this BIG4 Ballina Beach Nature Resort?

No. Guests sometimes confuse us with BIG4 Ballina Beach Nature Resort, which is a separate property. Please double-check your confirmation email and booking details before travelling.

Are there permanent residents living in the park?

Yes. Our park has permanent residents alongside our holiday accommodation. The residential area is separate from guest facilities, allowing visitors to enjoy a welcoming and relaxed holiday environment.
