Check in time is 3pm for accommodation and 12pm for sites. All times are EST (NSW) times. Daylight Savings Time (DST) from October to April.

Parking for one vehicle is located alongside each cabin. Visitors’ parking is available in the carpark at the front of reception. Limited parking space is available.
For guests staying longer than 7 days, your towel restock will occur every 4th day of your stay. If you would like to arrange a full service (fees apply) contact reception.
A welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar and toilet paper is provided in all cabin accommodation upon your arrival. This will not be replenished during your stay and any guests who require additional quantities of these items will need to purchase from the local supermarket or the onsite service station.

The mailbox situated outside resort reception is cleared daily. Postage stamps are available at front reception.

North Star Holiday Resort has its own fully air-conditioned purpose-built function room located next to our front reception area.
Capable of seating up to 100 people, our function room is ideal for conferences, workshops and private functions.
