What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out time is 10am. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

How does late check-in work?

If you're arriving after reception hours, we're happy to arrange a late check-in. Before we can send your check-in code, your booking must be fully paid, all Terms & Conditions must be signed, and a valid credit card must be on file. Please note that if your booking was made for two guests but more people will be staying, additional guest fees will apply and must be paid before your arrival.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, pets are welcome, but only in designated areas. They are allowed on powered sites, as well as in our pet-friendly accommodation options: The Pooch Pad and The Dog House.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We’re happy to let you know that we have a communal fire pit that’s beautifully lit every Friday and Saturday night, as well as every night during school holidays. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the evening!

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Our team can walk you through the details depending on your booking type. We’re always happy to help if plans change. Just give us a call or check your confirmation email for specifics.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

At the moment we don’t offer annual or long-term stays at Bendigo. But if you’re looking to come back again soon, we’ll always try to help you find the perfect spot.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We have an accessible cabin, an accessible ensuite, and an accessible bathroom located within the amenities block. Please note that the park laundry and indoor playroom do not have ramp access at this time.

Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.
