Sunday to Thursday: 8am – 6.30pm | Friday and Saturday: 8am – 8pm. (subject to change depending on season). There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.

We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 7am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out.
Unfortunately Uber does not operate in our holiday park area.
Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. The machines use $1 coins and change is available at reception. We also sell washing powder. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.
We have Four Square Waihi Beach, Beach Grocers and Waihi Beach Seaside Store & Takeaway in the area.
GAS Waihi Beach is the nearest petrol station and is only 600m from the park.
Yes there is a heated 25m swimming pool at our park, which has a kids play area, waterslide and spa pool.
Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.
A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk
Bikes, skateboards and scooters are not permitted in the park.
For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke outside on the verandah or balcony using the ashtrays provided

FLATWHITE WAIHI BEACH
Flatwhite has been an iconic part of the Waihi Beach community for over 16 years. In 2015 they underwent a massive reconstruction resulting in a stunning, absolute beachfront restaurant. They overlook the ever-changing ocean, with views straight out to Tuhua (Mayor) Island.

Locals and visitors from out of town will have the same warm service extended to them whether it’s for a drink or two in the pub, a quality dining experience in the restaurant, the buzz of a live music gig, work function or any other event worth celebrating.
SURF SHACK EATERY
The Surf Shack opened on 1 January 2016. The whole concept of the Eatery was to provide great, interesting food in an environment based on a Kiwi Bach-style ideology.
