Rates, discounts and
general bookings
terms and conditions.

Any accommodation or site booking made on a ‘sale’ or discounted tariff is made under special conditions that differ from standard tariffs.

  1. For all standard tariffs/rates the following terms apply;
  2. First night is payable at the time of booking
  3. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival
  4. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  5. If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  6. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  7. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  8. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Tariff Type:
Winter 72 hour sale

  1. First night is payable at the time of booking.
  2. Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.

Flexible Nightly Rate

  1. First night is payable at the time of booking.
  2. Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.
  3. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  4. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  5. If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  6. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  7. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Tariff Type:
Early Saver Special

  1. Offer only available to book 14 days in advance. 20% discount off our Flexible Nightly Rate.
  2. Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
  3. Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
  4. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  5. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  6. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
  7. No other discounts apply to this rate.
  8. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Tariff Type:
Special Senior Rate

  1. Valid for new bookings only.
  2. First night is payable at the time of booking
  3. Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.
  4. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  5. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  6. If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  7. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  8. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.

  10. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
  11. Seniors Card to be shown on arrival.

Tariff Type:
Midweek Special

  1. Valid for new bookings only.
  2. Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
  3. Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
  4. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  5. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  6. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
  7. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
  8. No other discounts apply to this rate.
  9. Discount applies to nightly rates from Sunday to Thursday only.
  10. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Tariff Type:
Every 4th Night Free

  1. Minimum 4-night stay applies
  2. Valid for new bookings only.
  3. Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
  4. Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
  5. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  6. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  7. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
  8. No other discounts apply to this rate.
  9. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Tariff Type:
Stay 3, Pay 2

  1. Minimum 3-night stay applies
  2. Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
  3. Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
  4. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  5. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  6. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
  7. No other discounts apply to this rate.
  8. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Tariff Type:
Summer 2024/2025

This special rate applies to the peak summer period. To maintain booking for this peak period, the following deposit rules apply:

  1. 1 Night Deposit is to be paid at time of booking
  2. 25% of total stay cost is due by 1 April 2024
  3. 50% of total stay cost is due by 1 September 2024
  4. 75% of total stay cost is due by 1 December 2024
  5. 100% of total stay cost is due 14 days prior to arrival

If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the holiday park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.

  1. Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival without penalty.
  2. Modifications to bookings within the 14 days prior to arrival window will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost. Note, moving dates of reservation outside of the peak summer period constitutes a booking cancellation and subsequent rebooking.
  3. Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival without penalty.
  4. Cancellations made to bookings within the 14 days prior to arrival window will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost, with the remainder 75% of total booking cost held in credit until 1 April 2025 for use in a future booking. If not used any amounts paid will be forfeited to the holiday park.
  5. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  6. Refunds are not offered for change in weather.
  7. Booking must be made under the name of person attending the holiday park.
  8. Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
  9. All attempts to accommodate room/ site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room/ site.

Tariff Type:
Easter 2025

This rate period cover 18 April – 21 April 2025.
To maintain booking for this peak period, the following deposit rules apply:

  1. 1 Night Deposit is to be paid at time of booking
  2. 25% of total stay cost is due by 1 June 2024
  3. 50% of total stay cost is due by 1 September 2024
  4. 75% of total stay cost is due by 1 December 2024
  5. 100% of total stay cost is due 14 days prior to arrival


If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.

  7. Booking must be made under the name of person attending the park.
  8. Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
  9. All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.

Park Rules and
Conditions of Entry

Every Tasman Holiday Park has a set of standard operational rules and guidelines to ensure the respect of all guests and staff. In addition to these standard rules, certain parks may also have additional requirements.

Arrival / Departure:
You are free to arrive from 2pm until 5pm. All accommodation and sites are to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. If you would like to make alternate arrangements, please see our team at reception prior to arrival or scheduled departure time.

Speed Limit:
All roads in the property are shared between vehicles, pedestrians and kids on bikes and scooters. All roads have a walking pace speed limit of 8km/h unless signposted otherwise.

Noise:
Please be respectful of others and their enjoyment within the park by restricting noise from music, televisions, and social gatherings between 10pm and 6am.

Parking:
One car space has been allocated for each site. Please park in this space and not on or across roadways.

Children:
All children in the park are the responsibility of their parent or guardian. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities, playgrounds, pool areas and other park facilities. We require all children to be back at their registered accommodation or site by 10pm.

Bunk Beds:
Children under 9 years of age should not use the top bunk. Children should also not play on the top bunk.

Bicycles / Skateboards / Scooters / Rollerblades/Go-Karts:
Are to be used in daylight hours and only on roadways. These items are not to be used in or around park facilities such as the laundry, amenities buildings, playgrounds etc. Other out of bound’s areas, including the entrance to the park, will be outlined by our team at reception.

Swimming Pool:
Use of the swimming pools and other water play activity areas in the park may result in serious personal injury, including death, drowning, head, eye, spinal injury, paralysis, broken limbs, or strains. Flips, somersaults, and inverted manoeuvres into the water are dangerous and are prohibited. Other risks include diving headfirst, slips, trips, falls and running on wet surfaces. All children in these areas are to be under the strictest supervision by their direct parent, adult carer, or responsible adult guardian. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Playgrounds and Jumping Pads:
Use of playground & jumping Pads / pillow equipment may result in serious injury including death, head, eye or spinal injury, paralysis, broken limbs or strains. Risks include falls and collisions with other users and hazards associated with gaps, openings, and protruding objects.

Visitors:
If a there is an additional person (or persons) to the number of persons disclosed as staying on the site or in the cabin or room, an additional fee may be payable. If you have a visitor who does not leave the Park by 8.00 pm, Tasman may treat the visitor as an additional person which may incur an additional fee.

Dump Point:
See Park map or reception team for location. Please do not use amenity blocks.

Fires:
Fires are only permitted at certain Tasman Holiday Parks and during seasonal periods and weather conditions and can only be lit in braziers or fire pits. Fires must always be attended at all times when lit and extinguished appropriately when complete. Fires can only be lit in line with local fire services guidelines (i.e., not during a fire ban). See reception for more information.

Pets:
Some Tasman Holiday Parks are pet-friendly. Small pets will be allowed at certain times during the year. Please contact the park prior to arrival to discuss bringing your pet on holiday with you.

Smoking:
Is not permitted in any accommodation or common areas. If smoking occurs in any accommodation, an additional fee of $400 will be charged to cover cleaning and sanitisation costs.

Emergency:
For any emergency cases relating to fire, police or ambulance please contact 000 (Australia) or 111 (New Zealand). After Hours assistance by park management will be available. A mobile number is posted on the reception entry.

Unauthorised Activities:
Antisocial behaviour, illegal drug use, excessive use of alcohol, undue mess around site, unregistered vehicles, undue noise, acts of violence, smoking in accommodation, driving lessons and conducting business onsite are prohibited from occurring on the property. Failure to comply with any of the above, including any damage caused to the property may result in eviction from the property.

  3. Has a non-exclusive, royalty-free approval to use, reproduce, modify, publish and publicly display the content through any of our social media accounts, websites or digital platforms; and
  4. Is released from any liability for use of the image and/or content to the extent permitted by law.

 

You also agree and confirm you:

  1. Are at least 18 years old or if under 18 have permission from a parent or guardian;
  2. Own and control the copyright and or interest in the image and content, and it does not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of another;
  3. Have complied with all laws and regulations associated with acquiring and/or producing the content;
  4. Acknowledge statements, remarks or claims by you reflect your honest views and experiences;
  5. Will not make available any material that includes an image or personal information of another person unless you have their consent;
  6. Have disclosed any commercial connections or interests you have with Tasman Holiday Parks or third-party brands or sellers (i.e. you are an employee, paid blogger or recipient of free products or services);
  7. Will not be paid by Tasman Holiday Parks for use of your content; and
