What time can we check in/out?

Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am - time for poolside dips when you arrive, and a lazy sleep-in before you leave.

What makes your park a great place to stay during winter?

Winter is a fantastic time to visit! Our park offers a heated 25m swimming pool kept at a comfortable 27°C, an on-site sauna, and plenty of great facilities to help you relax and enjoy your stay.

There’s also plenty to keep the whole family entertained, including Pizza Oven Nights, free kids' movies with popcorn, and the chance to feed the friendly eels in the creek—a guest favourite! Spend your days strolling along the beach, enjoying local cafés and restaurants, fishing, or exploring nearby walks and hiking trails without the peak-season crowds.

If you're visiting for local events, winter also brings a range of sporting competitions, including kids' rugby and dance competitions, making our park the perfect base for your stay.

Can I bring my pet?

We now have a limited number of sites available for guests with dogs from 1 March to 30 November. Give our reception team a call before booking.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

No open fires are to be lit at any time. We have BBQs and a pizza oven available for guest use.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We have annual cabins available for purchase, to see what is available head over to our website or give our reception team a call.

What are your pool policies?

Children under 16 are not permitted in the spa pool between 9:00am and 10:30am, or after 6:00pm.

Please note that the pool area closes at 8:00pm.

Children under 16 years of age must be actively supervised by a caregiver at all times in the pool area.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?
