Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we hope you have the best time ever.

Te Anau is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor adventurers. It’s the perfect base for exploring the region, and some of the most breathtaking natural scenery you’ll ever see!

May to September: 8am to 5pm October to April: 8am to 8pm There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.

We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 8am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out.

Unfortunately Uber does not operate in our holiday park area.

Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. The machines use $1 and $2 coins and change is available at reception. Press the dispenser for washing liquid, please see signage. Any items left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.

We have a Fresh Choice and 4 Square supermarket in the area.

There are two petrol stations located near our park: RD Petroleum and Caltex Te Anau.

No there is no swimming pool at our park, but we do have three wooden barrel hot tubs and a sauna available at the park.

Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.

A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk

Bikes, skateboards and scooters are not permitted in the park.

For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke outside on the verandah or balcony using the ashtrays provided.
