What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2-5pm for cabins. Check-out time is 10am. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, small pets will be allowed at certain times during the year and must be kept on a lead or in a contained area at all times.

How close are the snow fields to South Bright holiday park?

The snow’s calling. Luckily, Mount Hotham is just a cruisy 60-minute drive from Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright via the iconic Great Alpine Road. Spend the day carving up the slopes, chasing fresh powder or sipping hot chocolates trackside, then head back to Bright for cosy nights, good food and all the laid-back alpine vibes.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We offer fire pits for hire at $25 for the entire duration of your stay. To keep the fire going, firewood is available for $25 per 15kg bag.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We have accessible cabins and an accessible amenities block in the park. If you or someone in your group has specific needs, give us a call and we’ll make sure everything is set up to make your stay comfortable.

Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.

Why are there two Tasman Holiday Parks in Bright?

There are two separate Tasman-branded holiday parks in Bright. Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright and Retreat on Delany are connected and operate as one property, while BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks Bright on Mountbatten Avenue is a separate park.

Where do I check in for Retreat on Delany?

During reception hours, guests staying at Retreat on Delany can check in at the reception located at Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright on Churchill Avenue. If you're arriving after hours, you'll receive an SMS with instructions to go directly to your accommodation on Delany Avenue, where your key will be waiting in the lockbox next to your villa.

Can I use the facilities at both South Bright and Retreat on Delany?

Guests staying at Retreat on Delany have access to the amenities at both Retreat on Delany and Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright. Guests staying at South Bright can enjoy all amenities within the South Bright property but do not have access to the Retreat on Delany facilities.

I'm booked at a Tasman Holiday Park in Bright. How do I know which property to go to?

Please check your booking confirmation for the property name and address. If your booking is for Tasman Holiday Parks – South Bright or Retreat on Delany, you can head to the South Bright reception on Churchill Avenue during office hours. If your booking is for BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks Bright, you'll need to go to the separate property on Mountbatten Avenue.
