Our friendly reception team can help with tourist information and bookings, transport arrangements and essentials such as phone cards, laundry powder and bike and equipment hire. Reception hours are 8am to 8pm.

Take time to enjoy all the onsite offerings. Whether you’re keen to stay active or ready to relax and recharge, there are loads of options on your doorstep.
Enjoy a dip in the warmer and cooler months in our swimming pool, which is heated to 27˚C or indulge in the mineral pools to relax in after a day of exploring.
Check out the exciting activities on offer for littlies through to adults. Test your skills on the rollers or climb the spider frame at the children’s playground. Take the family to Bounce Zone with our two spring-free trampolines.

Clean, well-maintained facilities throughout the park ensure you have everything you need. So, take a deep breath and focus on having fun!
Camp Kitchen and barbeques
Two communal kitchens are equipped with a small cooking oven, microwave, and washing up facilities, or claim a free barbecue. Ample undercover and outdoor tables and seats are available.
Communal lounges
If you’re eager to chill or meet friends and neighbours, head to one of our communal lounges. These cosy rooms have 50-inch televisions, and one lounge has a gas fireplace too.
Pet friendly park
We welcome canine companions but you must seek permission when booking. Register your dog at the office when you arrive and keep them on a leash at all times. Make sure you know the rules for acceptable dog behaviour.
