This fully equipped 26 foot caravan plus overhead roof canvas is located at Papamoa Beach. With a Bailey Senator Series 5 Louisiana 2006, 6.4m (21ft) caravan, awning, and gazebo with outdoor furniture, there is plenty of space to move, relax, and enjoy the view of this beautiful beach. You will have the added benefit of being a permanent caravan owner, which allows you to arrive and depart at any time for 100 days inclusive with your six nominated family members and use all facilities at no additional cost other than the washing machines. You will also have an area designated for permanent caravan owners for the ablution block, which includes baby and disabled facilities. The awning was recently replaced with an extension of the awning and an overcover to incorporate the view of the ocean. The caravan has an Electrical Warrant of Fitness that was issued on 4/6/24.

Tasman Holiday Park has revamped the park over the past two years with the addition of a large all year round heated pool, movie and volleyball area, kids playground, spa pool and throughout the summer holiday period, activities for children and family alike.

Our caravan is ‘located onsite at Tasman Holiday Parks – Papamoa Beach. Sale is pursuant to the acceptance of the Resorts annual agreement terms and conditions.
