9am – 6pm (subject to change depending on season). There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.

We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 9am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out.
Unfortunately Uber does not operate in our holiday park area.
Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. The machines use coins and change is available at reception. We also sell washing powder. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.
Four Square (10 minute walk from the park)
BP is the closest petrol station and is just down the road.
Yes, our pool is heated to 27 degrees celcius.
Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.
A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk.
Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park. Safety gear (helmets) must be worn at all times and the speed limit must be adhered to.
For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke in the designated smoking areas in the park.

Open 7 days, Pepper Tree Restaurant and Bar specialises in fresh local seafood and award-winning modern New Zealand cuisine. The beautiful building is over 100 years old was the original home of the Denize family and boasts the original Kauri wood floors.
WETA CAFE
Based just off the main road you’ll find Weta Café, a great local spot for families and groups alike. You’ll find a delicious range of breakfast and brunch options from Eggs Benedict to Seafood Chowder. Don’t forget to check out their specials board for the freshest in season meals.
UMU CAFE
Located on the main road, UMU Restaurant and café sells fresh seasonal NZ cuisine daily. Be sure to check out their local specials board which showcases the teams’ top picks of the season. Don’t forget to try one of their famous hot pots, the perfect dish to warm you on the colder days.
