We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 9am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out. Please turn off your air-conditioning and ensure that garbage is bagged and removed from your room upon departure.

You can book a taxi with the local taxi service by dialing 574 32111 or we can call one for you at reception during reception hours.

Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. The machines use $1 coins and change is available at reception. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.

FoodWorks is only 6.6km from the park, and is open from 7.30am – 7.30pm daily.

Yes it does. The fenced, grassy area around the pool is perfect for lounging and reading a book or watching the kids swim. Children must be supervised at all times in our pool area. For everyone’s safety, no glass is allowed in the pool area.

Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.

A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk.

Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park during daylight hours. Helmets MUST be worn. Please watch out for cars. The speed limit in the park is 10km per hour.

Yes – We have pedal bikes for hire. They come complete with helmets. To book your ride, please chat to our friendly staff.

For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke outside on the verandah or balcony using the ashtrays provided.
