Make use of the kitchen or relax in the open plan living and dining area. Step outside to the balcony and listen to the sounds of the ocean. Available Cabin Options 6 x Cabins @ $135,000 ea 1 x Cabin @ $155,000 ea 1 x Cabin @ $175,000 ea. Site Fees approx $600 inc. GST & utilities per month. No other fees (you own the cabin and lease the land).
