What are your reception hours?
7am – 6pm (subject to change depending on season). After Hours (for emergencies only). There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.

How do I check out?
We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 7am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out. Please turn off your air-conditioning and ensure that garbage is bagged and removed from your room upon departure.
How do I get into Airlie Beach?
Tasman Holiday Parks – Airlie Beach is an 18-minute walk along a footpath into central Airlie Beach; this path is well lit at night. You will be given a local map during check in. If you would prefer to catch a bus, there is a bus stop directly outside of our park. Buses run every 20 – 30 minutes from 6am to 10pm. A bus timetable is available at reception.
How do I get a taxi?
The local taxi service is excellent and are usually at the park within 5 minutes of booking. You can book by dialing 131 008 or we can call one for you at reception during reception hours.
How do I book a tour?
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can book all Whitsunday Island and reef day tours, sailing, fishing, jet boating, skydiving, overnight trips, flights and island stays. We can also provide advice on where to fish, walking paths, tracks and other activities if you would prefer to not go out on the water. Please call our friendly staff on 07 4860 1700 to discuss. Please try to book your tours as early as possible as some tours are regularly booked out days in advance. Many of the tours will pick you up directly from reception. We can also offer free storage for your vehicle/trailer/camper if you book an overnight tour with us. Complimentary maps are available from reception.
Do you have a kiosk at the park?
Our kiosk is open from 7am to 6pm selling some basic grocery items such as UHT milk, cold drinks, ice creams and stubby coolers. Our kiosk also offers DVD hire and book exchange. We also sell washing powder and can make change for the washing machine facilities at our park.
Do you have laundry facilities at the park?
Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. The machines use $1 coins and change is available at reception. We also sell washing powder. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.
How do I operate the air conditioning unit?
When changing dials, please wait two minutes before any further adjustments are made. It could take a few minutes for the air conditioning unit to function properly. Please turn off the air conditioning unit when leaving the room.
Where is the closest supermarket?
The Friendly Grocer is only a short 3 minute walk from the park, and is open from 6am to 9pm daily.
Where is the closest tavern and bottle shop?
The Jubilee Tavern is located across from the park and offers great meals at reasonable prices. They have a great children’s play area, sports bar, TAB, pokies room, bottle shop and an ATM.
Does the park have a swimming pool?
Yes it does – The swimming pool area has a BBQ, picnic tables, deck chairs and a public toilet. Children must be supervised at all times in our pool area. For everyone’s safety, no glass is allowed in the pool area. Smoking is also not allowed, however, we do provide an ashtray outside at the pool area gate.
Does the park have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.
Where can I get a first aid kit?
A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk.
Can I ride my bicycle, skateboard or scooter around the park?
Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park during daylight hours. Helmets MUST be worn. Please watch out for cars. The speed limit in the park is 5km per hour.
Can I hire a buggy or a bicycle at the park?
Yes – We have push bikes for either half day or full day hire; and pedal buggies for hire by the hour. They come complete with helmets. To book your ride, please chat to our friendly staff.
Can I smoke at the park?
For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke outside on the verandah or balcony using the ashtrays provided.
Located next to Tasman Holiday Parks – Airlie Beach, Jubilee Tavern is where the locals go. Enjoy their family-friendly bar and bistro complete with a huge kids playground and all the mouthwatering pub classics.
Fish D’vine is an approx. 15-minute walk from Tasman Holiday Parks – Airlie Beach. Here you will find local fresh cuisine – Enjoy their famous San Francisco style Seafood Chowder or their Seafood Platter for two.
