8am – 9pm (subject to change depending on season). There is an emergency/after hours, call button to the right of the reception door for serious maintenance issues or other urgent issues.

We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 8am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out.
Yes! Uber operates in Christchurch and is a great, convenient way to get around the city.
We have 2 laundry facilities, 1 is coin operated and the other is cashless: simply scan the QR code, select your washer or dryer and pay by Google Pay, Apple Pay, or by entering your card details. Washing powder is sold at reception. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.
We have various supermarkets nearby the park, including: New World, Countdown, Fresh Choice, Four Square, and Pak n Save, with the closest being a Pak n Save and Countdown at Northlands Shopping Centre (800m from the park).
Caltex Cranford Street is located 350m from our park.
Yes we have a heated indoor swimming pool with a waterslide. We also have a spa pool onsite.
Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.
A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk.
Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park during daylight hours. Helmets MUST be worn. Please watch out for cars. The speed limit in the park is 5km per hour.
For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke outside on the verandah or balcony using the ashtrays provided.
