At Tasman Holiday Parks, we pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled holiday experience that combines the natural beauty of the New South Wales coast with the comfort and luxury our guests have come to expect. At Tasman Holiday Parks, we have undertaken significant development initiatives to enhance our product offerings, improve guest experiences, and provide exceptional services. These innovations and enhancements have been strategically implemented to cater to the ever-evolving needs and preferences of our guests, ensuring that Racecourse Beach remains a premier destination for holidaymakers from across the region and beyond.
Accommodation Upgrades: Breathing New Life into Old Favourites
One of the cornerstones of our recent development efforts has been the refurbishment of sixteen of our existing cabins. Understanding that high-quality accommodation is crucial to a memorable holiday experience, we invested significantly in rejuvenating these cabins to ensure they meet the highest standards of comfort and style.
The transformation began with the nine Premium Beachfront Cabins, completed in December 2022. These cabins, which have long been favourites among our guests, have been revitalised with modern furnishings, updated amenities, and a fresh coastal aesthetic that perfectly complements the stunning beachfront views. Each cabin has been thoughtfully redesigned to provide a serene escape, allowing our guests to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of Racecourse Beach.
Following the success of the beachfront cabin refurbishments, we turned our attention to the seven Deluxe Beachfront Villas, which were completed in April 2023. These villas, designed to accommodate families and larger groups, have been enhanced with new interiors that balance functionality with comfort. With spacious living areas, modern kitchens, and cosy bedrooms, these villas offer the perfect home away from home for our guests. The refurbishment of these sixteen cabins was a major undertaking, but one that reflects our unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and our determination to maintain Tasman Holiday Parks – Racecourse Beach as a top holiday destination.
Sustainable Camping: Introducing New Evergreen and Ensuite Sites
In addition to our cabin refurbishments, we have also made significant investments in our camping facilities. As a holiday park that values sustainable and responsible tourism practices, we recognised the need to adapt our offerings to meet the changing environmental landscape. To this end, we have created eight new Premium Evergreen Powered Sites, which were completed in December 2022. These sites are designed to offer a sustainable camping experience that aligns with our commitment to environmental conservation.
The evergreen sites feature native landscaping that requires minimal water, as well as water harvesting systems that reduce our reliance on external water sources. By choosing to incorporate these eco-friendly features, we are not only providing a lush, green environment for our guests to enjoy but also reducing our overall environmental footprint. These sites are a testament to our dedication to creating a harmonious balance between guest comfort and environmental responsibility.
In addition to the evergreen sites, we have also introduced ten new Ensuite Sites. These sites are designed to offer an elevated level of convenience for our campervan customers, with each site featuring private wash-up facilities and individual barbeques. We understand that today’s travellers seek a blend of outdoor adventure and modern amenities, and our ensuite sites are a direct response to this demand. By providing these enhanced facilities, we are ensuring that our guests can enjoy the great outdoors without sacrificing comfort and convenience.
New Amenities Building: A Hub of Comfort and Convenience
Another key development at Tasman Holiday Parks – Racecourse Beach has been the construction of a new amenities building, which was completed late in 2022. This investment was driven by direct feedback from our guests, who expressed a need for a modern, accessible amenities block. The result is one of the largest and most contemporary amenities buildings in the region, designed with our guests’ needs in mind.
The new building caters to a diverse range of guests, including families and individuals with mobility challenges. Both the male and female sides of the building feature ambulant disability design, with ramp access to all areas. This thoughtful design ensures that all our guests, regardless of their physical abilities, can enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay at Racecourse Beach. The amenities building is a reflection of our commitment to inclusivity and our desire to create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits our park.
New Cabins: Expanding Our Accommodation Offerings
To further enhance our accommodation offerings, we have recently installed 14 new cabins, which were transferred from one of our other parks at Lake Mulwala in the Murray Region. These new Dune Villas come in a range of bedroom configurations, catering to different guest needs and preferences. Notably, one of the cabins is designed to be fully accessible, ensuring that we can accommodate guests with a wide range of mobility requirements.
These new cabins represent an exciting expansion of our accommodation options, allowing us to offer even more variety to our guests. Whether they’re looking for a cosy retreat or a spacious family cabin, our guests will find the perfect accommodation to suit their needs at Racecourse Beach.
A Commitment to Excellence
At Tasman Holiday Parks – Racecourse Beach, we are committed to continuously improving and evolving our offerings to meet the expectations of our guests. The recent developments at our park is a reflection of this commitment and our desire to create a holiday destination that offers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable experiences. We invite all our guests to experience these new and improved facilities and to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Racecourse Beach in a whole new way.
