We acknowledge and embrace this legacy first carried by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional owners and custodians of these lands. Their deep-rooted connection to the land, sky, and waterways has shaped these places for thousands of years, and we are grateful to be a part of this ongoing story. With respect, we acknowledge Elders past, who have stewarded these lands through time; those present, who continue to enrich them with us on our journey; and those yet to come, who will carry this legacy to future generations.
