Yallingup is the birthplace of surfing in Western Australia, with some spectacular surf breaks. It’s also home to a sheltered lagoon where the kids can swim and snorkel. Or cast a line from the beach and look out for humpback whales in winter.

NGILGI CAVE
Yallingup means place of caves in the local Wardandi language. Five minutes’ drive from town, this is one of the most spectacular. A great tour for families because you can move at your own pace.

With more than 90 cellar doors, enjoy the local specialties – chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, semillon and merlot – or step into new territory with varieties such as zinfandel and vermentino.
