9am – 5pm (subject to change depending on season). After Hours (for emergencies only). There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.
Police/ Fire/ Ambulance: Please dial 000.
We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 8am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out. Please turn off your air-conditioning and ensure that garbage is bagged and removed from your room upon departure.
Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.
Woolworths is only a short 5 minute drive from the park, and is open from 7am to 9pm daily.
Fires are strictly forbidden around the park all year round.
Yes it does. There is a swimming pool, toddlers pool and 2 waterslides. Children must be supervised at all times in our pool area. For everyone’s safety, no glass is allowed in the pool area. Smoking is also not allowed, however, we do provide an ashtray outside at the pool area gate. The pool closes at dusk each day.
Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.
A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk.
Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park during daylight hours. Helmets MUST be worn. Please watch out for cars. The speed limit in the park is 5km per hour.
Goanna Cove is open from 10am – 8pm daily.
