An easy drive from Sydney and Canberra, Racecourse Beach has it all – great activities for kids, sport for the energetic and delicious treats for foodies.

What are your reception hours?

9am – 5pm (subject to change depending on season). There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.

How do I contact emergency services?

Police/ Fire/ Ambulance: Please dial 000. For concerns or emergencies at the park, our out of office contact number is 0490 060 022. Firepits are seasonal and guests are to please adhere to all enforced fire restrictions.

How do I check out?

We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 9am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out.

Can I get an Uber to your park?

Unfortunately Uber does not operate in our holiday park area.

Do you have laundry facilities at the park?

Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. The machines use $1 coins and change is available at reception if needed. We also sell washing powder. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.

Where is the closest supermarket?

IGA Supermarkets is the closest supermarket (2.3km from the park) and is open daily from 7.30am – 6pm.

Where is the closest petrol station?

The nearest petrol station is the BP in Termeil, 9km from our park.

Does the park have a swimming pool?

Yes, we do have a swimming pool which has recently been refurbished to include a kiddies pool and seating around the pool.

Does the park have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.

Where can I get a first aid kit?

A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk.

Can I ride my bicycle, skateboard or scooter around the park?

Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park during daylight hours. Helmets MUST be worn. Please watch out for cars. The speed limit in the park is 10km per hour.

Can I smoke at the park?

For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke outside on the verandah or balcony using the ashtrays provided.
