Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm | Saturday 9am – 5pm | Sunday 10am – 4pm. (subject to change depending on season). There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.

We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception area if required. For a late check out, please contact reception (fees may apply for a late check out). Please bring your key to reception upon departure. If you are leaving prior to 10am, please use the key deposit box next to the reception door on your way out.

Yes Uber operates in our holiday park area.

Laundry facilities are located in the amenities block. The machines use $1 coins and change is available at reception if needed. We also sell washing powder. Any clothing left on washing lines overnight is at your own risk.

Only a 5 minute drive from the park are supermarkets Aldi and Woolworths. There is also a shopping center 450m from the park.

You can refuel at Puma Torquay which is 500m from our park.

Yes we do! A great swimming pool is at the heart of every Fraser Coast holiday. Our large and lovely pool offers shade and secure gating, ensuring comfort and safety.

Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.

A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk.

Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park during daylight hours. Helmets MUST be worn. Please watch out for cars. The speed limit in the park is 10km per hour.

For the comfort of future guests, all rooms are strictly no smoking. Please feel free to smoke outside on the verandah or balcony using the ashtrays provided.
