Perth, Western Australia

Embrace the healing power of nature at Serpentine National Park.

This peaceful haven is only an hour from Perth, in the Darling Ranges. Visit the spectacular cascading Serpentine Falls. Pause to soak up the beauty around you. Relax with a picnic at the falls or nearby Serpentine Dam.

Marvel at the world’s only Jarrah Forest. Almost 80% of the animals and plants in this biodiversity hotspot are found nowhere else on the planet. Stroll walking trails – July to November is the best time to admire the vibrant wildflowers. Look out for local wildlife and almost 70 species of birds, including black cockatoos.

Pop into the quaint towns of Serpentine and Jarrahdale to browse for gifts, enjoy a light lunch and discover the area’s rich history. Sample local offerings during a leisurely visit to the award-winning Millbrook Winery. If you’re feeling energetic, go mountain biking at Langford Park.

Margaret River, Western Australia

Albany, Western Australia

This historic port town was the first European settlement in WA.

Take advantage of the Mediterranean climate for year-round water activities. Crystal clear waters and unspoiled beaches are ideal for swimming, snorkelling, fishing. Sit back and relax as you cruise the islands or spot marine life.
